Gary Jones
Chairman of the Board, Wireless Seismic, Inc.
Gary Jones joined Wireless Seismic's Board of Directors in 2010 after serving as President of WesternGeco, a division of Schlumberger,
one of the world's largest geophysical contractors. He has also held a variety of other executive positions with Western Geophysical and
Baker Hughes. Mr. Jones currently serves on the Board of Directors at Ingrain and has recently served as non-executive Chairman of
Ingrain, Novadrill and ARKeX. He has a B.Sc., Geological engineering and a M.Sc., Geophysics, from the University of Arizona.
Roy Kligfield
CEO, Wireless Seismic, Inc.
Roy Kligfield has been our Chief Executive Officer since May 2006. Prior to joining Wireless Seismic, Mr. Kligfield served in senior
management positions in seismic, wireless telecommunications and software industries including Geo-Logic Systems, SignalSoft and
OpenLogic. He was formerly a Professor of Geology at the University of Colorado where he led research, teaching and industrial
consortium efforts in petroleum and structural geology. Mr. Kligfield holds an M.Phil. degree in Geophysics and Ph.D. in Geology from
Columbia University.
Larry Lunardi
Vice President, Geophysics Chesapeake Energy Corporation
Larry Lunardi has been the Vice President, Geophysics of Chesapeake since June 2006. He served as Chief Geophysicist from 2001 to
June 2006 and as exploration Geophysicist from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Lunardi was previously employed by Enron Corp., Edwin L. and Berry
R. Cox, and Gulf Oil as a Geologist/Geophysicist in Oklahoma City from 1978 -1996. Mr. Lunardi graduated with an MS in Geology from
the University of Illinois Chicago in 1976.
Jim Sledzik
Energy Ventures Partner and President Houston Office
Jim Sledzik joined Wireless Seismic's board of directors in December 2010. Mr. Sledzik also serves on the boards of four Energy
Ventures investments: Ingrain Inc., Oxane Materials Inc., ARKeX Ltd. and Foster Findlay Associates. He is also an observer on the board
of directors of Stingray Geophysical Ltd.
Kent Wilkinson
Vice President, Chesapeake Natural Gas Ventures (CNGV), LLC
Kent Wilkinson was named Vice President of Chesapeake Natural Gas Ventures in May of 2011. In this role, Kent is responsible for
finding, championing, funding and implementing strategies and asset investments designed to stimulate greater demand for natural gas
in the United States. He is also accountable for Peake Fuel Solutions, LLC, and manages Chesapeake's investments in Clean Energy
Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq:CLNE) and Sundrop Fuels, Inc. Kent joined Chesapeake's Midstream group in 2006 serving as Manager,
Midstream System Development and Director, Business Strategy and Development. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Wilkinson worked
in a variety of roles in the midstream portion of the natural gas industry and as an engineering consultant. Mr. Wilkinson graduated with
a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma; where he went on to receive his MBA
